Claim(s) Made Against Alonte Rashon White-Davis:

Claim Date: 1/27/2020

“In a written complaint received on January 27, 2020, addressed to Bankers Life and Casualty Company (BLC), an insurance company affiliate of the Firm, [REDACTED] alleged that her registered representative sold her a Guaranteed Lifetime Income Annuity (GLIA) from BLC in July of 2019, which she alleged was unsuitable. [REDACTED] stated that the annuity represented 35% of her liquid net worth and gave her limited liquidity for the first ten years of the contract. Client requested termination of her annuity. BLC determined that the recommendation was suitable when the client purchased the GLIA and contract provisions were fully explained. While the GLIA sold to Mr. Graham was not a security and was issued and sold to [REDACTED] by BLC, the Firm is reporting this complaint because the source of funding for the BLC annuity came from the sale of securities recommended by a registered representative of the Firm.”

This claim, as of this posting, is currently Withdrawn with a claim amount of $20,000.00 .
