Claim(s) Made Against Casey Dale Moag:

Claim Date: 2/25/2020

“In a written complaint dated February 12, 2020 and received on February 25, 2020 addressed to Bankers Life and Casualty Company (BLC), an insurance company affiliate of the Firm, [REDACTED] alleged that three Guaranteed Lifetime Income Annuities (GLIA) and a Life Insurance Policy purchased from BLC in October of 2019 were unsuitable. The complaint alleged [REDACTED] was misled by the explanations of the annuities and was not aware of the surrender charges involved. [REDACTED] also stated the Life Insurance Policy was not needed as she already had a perfectly good policy in place. [REDACTED] requested to allow her to cancel her annuities without penalty. BLC determined that the annuities were suitable as they provided principal protection for her retirement assets and eliminated considerable fees associated with her variable annuities. In addition, BLC determined the life insurance policy gave her greater coverage for less money. While the GLIAs sold to [REDACTED] were not securities and were issued by BLC, the Firm is reporting this complaint because the source of funding for the BLC annuities came from the sale of securities recommended by a registered representative of this Firm.”

This claim, as of this posting, is currently Denied with a claim amount of $10,292.00 .
