ON 10/29/99, CUSTOMER SPOKE TO ME REGARDING THE 10/12/99 LIMIT ORDER. THE ORDER HAD EXPIRED (LIMIT WAS NOT REACHED) AT THE MARKET CLOSE ON 10/13/99. CUSTOMER DISPUTED THAT HE HAD PLACED A DAY ORDER. I REVIEWED OUR PREVIOUS CONVERSATION AND THE LIMIT ORDER THAT WAS GOOD FOR THE DAY, 10/12/99, HAD BEEN PLACED. I OFFERED TO PLAY THE TAPE OF THE CONVERSATION TO CUSTOMER AND HE DECLINED. CUSTOMER ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. I FORWARDED CUSTOMER TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY.”
