Claim(s) Made Against Trevor Durham:

Claim Date: 3/30/2026

“On March 30th, 2026, Bankers Life Securities, Inc. (BLS), and Bankers Life and Casualty (BLC), received a written client complaint from a mutual client. The complainant alleges unauthorized transactions, unsuitable recommendations, and misrepresentations by their registered representative. The client also alleged insufficient disclosure and misrepresentation regarding an annuity purchase funded by securities in December 2025, stating the client was unaware that access to funds would be restricted for approximately five years and that the product did not align with the client‘s stated liquidity needs. Additional allegations included lack of transparency regarding account allocations, delays in providing account information, an unaccounted balance, periods of unresponsiveness, and an attempted transfer of securities without authorization. BLC and BLS concluded that the representative‘s recommendation was suitable and, in the client‘s, best interest. It was also determined that there was no merit to the additional allegations. As a result, the allegations were denied. While the BLC annuity is not a security and was issued by BLC, the Firm is reporting this complaint because the annuity was funded by the recommendation to liquidate securities by a financial representative of the Firm.”

This claim, as of this posting, is currently Denied with a claim amount of $28,500.00 .
